The Team  comprises individuals with diverse backgrounds and extensive  experience in various fields, including counterterrorism operations,  military service, government liaising, business development, and  manufacturing management. The team has a strong track record of  implementing advanced technologies and driving innovation in complex  environments. With the Team's expertise in special intelligence,  surveillance, reconnaissance, and engagement capabilities, they have  made significant contributions to combat and non-combat operations. This collective experience uniquely qualifies the group to understand the intricacies of leadership and tackle complex challenges in cooperation  with government, industry, and academic entities. 

The Team also includes individuals with specialized skills in manufacturing, operations management, program management, and lean implementation. They have managed large-scale production, including the manufacturing of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and composite product lines for both civilian and defense industries. The Team's hands-on experience in fabricating and assembling various components, coupled with their mechanical expertise, has allowed them to foster programs from research and development to full-rate production. With a focus on maximizing efficiency and quality, our Team has successfully led manufacturing processes, trained personnel, and built strong relationships with major aircraft manufacturers.

Additionally, the Team consists of professionals with extensive experience in defense acquisition, technology development, program management, and military intelligence operations. The Team has worked with various government agencies, services, and partner nations to enhance operational capabilities. Team expertise spans areas such as technology assessment, aviation systems analysis, and intelligence gathering. Moreover, Team members have made significant contributions to the development and implementation of autonomous systems, aerostat-based data distribution, and counter-improvised explosive device (IED) operations. Team achievements include publishing strategic plans, drafting software requirement specifications, and authoring textbooks and curricula adopted by renowned institutions and organizations.

President/CEO

Our CEO is a highly experienced professional with over 34 years of combined military and business expertise. After graduating from Officer Candidate School, he served in the Montana Army National Guard, specializing in Armor and Mechanized Infantry. Later, he assumed the role of Special Projects Officer with the U.S. Army Special Operations Command at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and the Joint Special Operations Command at Pope Air Force Base, North Carolina. During his military tenure, he gained extensive knowledge of high-risk environments and developed a deep understanding of military and government cultures. 

Drawing on his comprehensive understanding of military and government operations, he has successfully bridged the gap between these sectors and the private industry. His exceptional business development skills have made him an effective liaison between the military, the government, and corporate entities. He has leveraged his extensive network of contacts to facilitate meaningful partnerships and navigate the complex landscape of corporate and government collaboration.

COO

Our Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a highly experienced professional with a career dedicated to counterterrorism operations and the application of advanced technologies. Throughout his extensive military and U.S. Government experiences, he led programs and operations that revolutionized the utilization of intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and engagement capabilities in various environments. With a unique combination of roles, including soldier, analyst, investigator, intelligence collector, program manager, technology implementer, and staffer, he possesses a comprehensive understanding of leadership and complex challenges.

Notably, he has excelled in developing cooperation and fostering relationships between government, industry, and academic entities.  Post government service included the design and implementation of unique collection capabilities and the transition of government technology programs for civilian applications. His subject matter expertise and support to government, academia, and industry partners has advanced developmental and operational test and evaluation programs for new and emerging technologies and analytical methodologies.
